What are the available delivery methods and associated costs?

The LOU Rugby online store offers several delivery options to meet your needs. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. Additionally, delivery is free for orders over €90.

What are the estimated delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method. Generally, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within metropolitan France usually takes between 2 and 5 business days.

How can I return or exchange a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return the product concerned to the following address: MCOM, 349 Avenue Jean Jaurès, 69007 Lyon. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. LOU Rugby will, however, cover the shipping costs for sending a new item in the case of an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or sale items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
